Currently looking for an Estimator Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the commercial construction space, as well as relevant estimating software. The role will involve preparing detailed estimates for a variety of commercial educational projects, as well as working with the wider estimating team to assist where necessary.
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial educational projects
- Work with the project team as necessary to ensure budgets are being adhered to
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs
- Provide budget information on your projects
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure prices are well vetted.
- Must have 1+ years in the commercial/Fit-Out/Volume or Insurance spaces as an estimator
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Knowledge of estimating software and measuring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eye for detail with take-offs etc
- $80k-$100k package
