This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive site performance end-to-end — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of construction from structure through to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all trades
- Prepare and manage weekly construction programmes
- Lead site teams and drive productivity on site
- Run site meetings and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Maintain a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks and OH&S compliance
- Trade qualified (Carpentry highly regarded)
- Proven experience delivering medium-density townhouse projects
- Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site safety systems
- Ability to drive programme outcomes and keep projects on track
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport on site
