We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Site Manager to oversee the delivery of medium-density townhouse projects. This role will see you take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all structural, services and finishing stages of construction
  • Coordinating and supervising secondary subcontractors
  • Preparing and maintaining weekly work programmes
  • Providing strong leadership and direction to site teams
  • Chairing and contributing to weekly site management meetings
  • Maintaining a safe work environment, including running toolbox talks and ensuring full compliance with OH&S processes
Your Background
  • Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering medium-density townhouse projects
  • Strong background in subcontractor management and site supervision
  • Sound understanding of construction sequencing and safety systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programme outcomes and maintain project momentum
  • Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with trades and subcontractors
