As HSEQ Manager, you’ll drive safety, quality, and environmental excellence across 14 active projects — from education and health to community facilities — ensuring a culture of compliance, care, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with site teams, project managers, and senior leadership to implement robust systems, champion best practice, and provide practical support to the site teams. This role suits a proactive HSEQ professional who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment and enjoys seeing their work make a real impact on community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HSEQ compliance across multiple sites and project teams
- Lead audits, reporting, and training initiatives to ensure high standards
- Embed a culture of safety, quality, and environmental accountability
- Partner with directors to continuously improve systems and performance
- Lead an advisor and site based coordinators
- Experience in construction HSEQ management (commercial or social infrastructure focus ideal)
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Experience in FSC, ISO and other best in class certifications.
