Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract administration, including managing subcontractor agreements, variations, and progress claims.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support and drive project reporting, program updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
- Running project meetings, tracking deliverables and resolving day-to-day issues.
- 3–6 years’ experience in contract administration, project coordination, or construction support.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels.
- A keen interest in growing into a full Project Manager role.
- Work on a high-profile $10m community facility making a lasting impact.
