The Role:
As Logistics Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site logistics to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations. You will work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage access, deliveries, materials handling and lifting in a highly structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site logistics including deliveries, access control, loading zones, and storage areas
- Coordinate high-volume trade movements in line with the construction program
- Oversee traffic management, cranage, hoists, lifts, and vertical transportation
- Ensure logistics plans are implemented and maintained
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to avoid clashes and delays
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with project procedures
- Support the Site Manager with forward planning and problem-solving
- Proven experience as a Logistics Foreman or similar role on large commercial construction projects
- Previous exposure to data centre, infrastructure, hospital, or high-complexity builds preferred
- Strong understanding of site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
