Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade- Needs to have managed services)
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings 
- Optimize material selection and construction methods for durability and sustainability
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
- $25 mil upgrade on a Medical Facility based in Geelong 

Your Background:
Our client is looking for someone with a trade or tertiary qualification.
Must have experience with 3+ yrs in a medium - large scale commercial builders in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Services Coordinator role.
They need someone who communicates really well and can deal with difficult stakeholders. They look for people with positive attitudes and natural problem solvers.

Our client is a national commercial and infrastructure builder that partner with government and listed property/landlord groups. They deliver a diverse range of projects in the commercial and infrastructure sector and have key national accounts that they win consistent projects from. The majority of their work in Victoria ranges from $500k - $15 mil
