About the company:
My client is a leading builder specializing in delivering high-quality projects in the commercial new build space up to $50 mil . With a proven track record, they take pride in their commitment to excellence and innovation. Several exciting projects have been won across: Community infrastructure, Aged care & Education and now seeking a PM to oversee the delivery of a $15 mil new build school project

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & timely execution of key milestones
- Implement budget & cost management measures
- Quality assurance & proactive risk management
- Team Leadership & effective client relationship management

Your Background:
You will have been exposed to commercial projects up to $5 mil 
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
Someone who is knowledgeable, able to drive outcomes and problem solve effectively will do well in the role.

You will receive:
- Salary circa $180-220k package, pending experience.
