All their work is negotiated with clients and the Directors are heavily involved on projects to provide support to staff.
They need a Project Manager for a $17 MIL High-end residential development on the Mornington Peninsula.
About the Role
Reporting to the Directors of the company you will be responsible for
- Management of a high end residential development
- Management of project budget and cost reports.
- Client management and running PCG's.
- Management of site team and contract administrator.
- Design and consultant management.
- Present monthly project reports to directors.
You will ideally have experience working on commercial or high end home projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. Previous experience working on complex high end projects will be looked upon favorably in a live environment.
