This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager currently operating within a Tier 2 or Tier 3 construction business who is confident managing projects autonomously while maintaining strong commercial and site control.
The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of two concurrent warehouse builds, overseeing all phases from pre-construction through to practical completion.
Working closely with site teams and senior leadership, you will drive programme, cost, quality, and safety outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project delivery across two $10m industrial builds
- Programme management and milestone tracking
- Budget control, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Head contract and subcontract administration
- Consultant and subcontractor coordination
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Stakeholder reporting and client liaison
- Leadership of site teams to achieve programme and quality outcomes
- Proven delivery of commercial or industrial projects in the $5m–$20m range
- Experience working within a Tier 2 or Tier 3 construction environment
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Construction Management or related tertiary qualification
