My client is a excellent commercial builder who specialize in construction and refurbishment projects across the defence, education and commercial sectors operating in both NSW and QLD.

Due to an increased focus on new build schools projects they are looking to hire an experienced new build project manager to drive the business forward and assist in developing other employees. Upcoming projects include a $15M School in North West Sydney and another $17M project close to Parramatta.
About to the role
As project manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction projects with duties including:
- Management of project budget and cost reports.
- Client management and running PCG's.
- Management of site team and contract administrator.
- Design and consultant management.
- Present monthly project reports to construction managers and directors.
You will ideally have experience working on commercial or education projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. Previous experience working on new build projects will also be considered favorably
