Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working closely with the wider project, design and broader development division, you’ll manage end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to handover — ensuring quality, timing, and cost outcomes are met across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1–3 high-end New build and/or fit-out projects concurrently
- Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and consultant teams
- Coordinate D&C processes and contract documentation
- Lead consultant and contractor meetings, reporting and compliance
- Conduct site inspections and proactively manage quality and risk
- Drive project performance while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure a smooth transition from construction to operations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction, Architecture, Property or similar)
- Experience in built form or fit out project delivery (retail, hospitality, or wellness are a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of project feasibility, programming, and procurement
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
