As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the high-performing estimating team.
The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for managing tenders from start to finish. You will take ownership of the full estimating lifecycle — from initial review and subcontractor engagement through to final submission and post-tender negotiation.
Working alongside a collaborative and driven team, you will play a key role in securing major projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial fit out and refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tenders through the entire estimating process
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost plans and submissions
- Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify risk and value engineering opportunities
- Present and review tender outcomes with senior leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the estimating function
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator (or experienced Estimator ready to step up) within fit out and refurbishment
- Experience working on projects up to $10m highly regarded
- Exposure to sectors such as: Retail, Hospitality, Pubs & Clubs, Wellness, Gyms and Commercial Fitout.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Driven, organised, and solutions-focused
