A well-established and growing Tier 3 commercial builder is seeking a proactive and driven Safety, Quality & Environment Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality social infrastructure projects.
Specialising in community-focused developments including education, healthcare, community facilities and government projects, this builder has built a strong reputation for collaboration, integrity and delivering projects that genuinely make a difference.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s Safety, Quality and Environmental systems across multiple active sites.
You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance, drive best practice and foster a positive safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor WHS, QA and Environmental systems across projects
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Support project teams with SWMS reviews and compliance documentation
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions
• Maintain ISO management systems and ensure ongoing compliance
• Deliver toolbox talks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
• Previous experience in an SQE / HSEQ Coordinator role within commercial construction
• Exposure to government or social infrastructure projects highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards
• Confident communicator who can influence site teams positively
• Detail-oriented, organised and proactive in approach
