Our client is a well established private developer who specialise in residential land subdivision. They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to oversee infrastructure delivery across a large scale land subdivision project.
The Role - Senior Project Manager
Working closely with a proven Development Director, this role is responsible for effective delivery of all infrastructure works relating to a large residential subdivision. You will be involved through design, tender, authority approvals and construction delivery. Key to your success will be an ability to work autonomously and drive project outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders, including specialist design consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.
About you:
We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering infrastructure and services. You will ideally have the following background:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven track record in the design and delivery of land development projects, ideally residential
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
