About the company & Culture

My client are a national builder who are known for delivering highly complex projects across the industrial, food processing and education sectors predominately.

Due to an upcoming $25m project in Inner West Sydney they are looking for an experienced Site Manager with experience on pre cast, large structures or industrial builds to oversee the project from start to finish with support from a strong site team. 

About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial projects
- 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
 
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $260k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
