We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a premium residential development in Kew. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, safety, subcontractors and program delivery on a 5-level, 50-apartment build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and safety
- Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
- Maintain quality standards and ensure program milestones are met
- Work closely with the Project Manager and consultants
- Experience delivering multi-level residential projects
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of structure, services and finishing trades
- Attractive salary package aligned with your experience, approx $170k - $220k package
