About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial fit out/refurb or finishes on new build projects
- Ideally worked at a commercial builder in a Site Manager or Foreman role
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive program
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- $140k - $170k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
