My client is currently one of Sydney's busiest builders with a growing reputation for delivering outstanding projects in the Class two residential space. They are specializing in boutique and high-rise developments in some of Sydney's most expensive suburbs. Known for working with a number of well-regarded developers they deliver projects up to $100M. 

Due to a growing pipeline of works they are looking for a Finishes Foreman on a new luxury residential build in the Eastern Suburbs worth $25M initially you will be looking after the high-end finishes in apartments selling for $10M + 

About the role:

- Oversee and manage the construction of structural and finishes elements.
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of site operatives, sub-contractors, and other on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed to the correct standards and within deadlines.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient and effective workflow on-site.

Your Background:

- Experience as a foreman on class two residential projects upwards of $20M
- 3-5 years site supervision experience 
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
