About the Company
This builder are well known for delivering residential, high end resi and commercial projects in NSW.

It's a fun and enjoyable place to work and they have some great projects coming up with repeat clients, most of them are negotiated. 

Initially it would be to run a $80 mil, 100 apartment project in Northern NSW.

Key accountabilities will include:

* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

About You

* Experience of delivering projects in excess of $50m in an SM role from start to finish 
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
