- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Dual CA/PC role
- Coordination on site
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings
- Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder/Fit-out Builder
- Main Contractor experience is a must (Fit-out is favorable)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- $100k - $125k package
- Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience
