About the Company
This company is well known for delivering excellent High End Residential Apartments on Sydney's Lower North Shore. 

They are looking for a Site Manager to deliver an $18m very high end project on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

Key accountabilities will include:

* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

About You

* Experience of delivering High End Residential projects in excess of $10m in an SM role from start to finish 
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
