Role
Working under the leadership of an experienced Project Director and the wider team, you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. This role will see you heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. You will provide assistance in managing the builder, coordinating the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project.

This role will suit candidates from a construction background who are looking to transition to the client side or those with client side pm experience. You may have worked as a project coordinator, Contract Administrator or Project Manager with between 2-8 years of professional experience.
This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to built rapport with stakeholders is critical.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an Engineering/design, construction management or project management role required.
- Contract Administration skills preferred
- Proactive, collaborative and team attitude and approach to work
