The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects across their full lifecycle, acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on commercial and hospitality projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end delivery of commercial fit out and refurb projects
- Managing programme, budget, quality, and risk
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Preparing and managing project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Overseeing site works, ensuring WHS compliance
- Building strong client relationships and driving repeat work
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and the local market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar

- Competitive salary package up to 170-210k package
