This would suit somebody looking to make the move from subcontractor to head contractor who has previous experience as an SM or PM.
The role is to support the Services Manager and project teams in the coordination, documentation, and delivery of building services across
predominantly fit out focused projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with services coordination activities including tender support, design coordination, subcontractor engagement, installation monitoring, commissioning support, and project close-out.
- Working under the direction of the Services Manager, the Services Coordinator helps ensure building services are delivered in accordance with contractual, quality, safety, design and regulatory requirements.
- This position provides hands-on exposure to all stages of the construction process and is suited to someone with practical building services experience who is looking to further develop their technical knowledge, coordination capability, and understanding of services management within a structured fit out and refurbishment environment.
