The Role:
You will oversee the project from site establishment through to completion and handover, ensuring it is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Drive programme and manage site sequencing
- Maintain high standards of quality control
- Enforce and uphold OH&S compliance
- Lead site meetings and communicate progress to the project team
- Foster a positive and productive site culture
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Currently a Foreman or Junior Site Manager ready to take the next step
- Strong organisational and leadership capability
- Confident managing subcontractors and site logistics
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and programming
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Take ownership of your own project
