We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join a major data centre construction project. This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of complex building services works, ensuring seamless coordination between trades while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and documentation.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and Services Team, you will take ownership of coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and associated services trades on site. You will play a crucial part in driving progress, maintaining site organisation, and ensuring all required paperwork, inspections, and checklists are completed accurately and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale, technically challenging project within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee mechanical, electrical, and specialist services trades on site
  • Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure programme targets are achieved
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure works are carried out to specification
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and QA procedures
  • Track and manage inspection test plans (ITPs), check sheets, and commissioning documentation
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates
  • Support subcontractors in resolving coordination and sequencing issues
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams to address technical queries
  • Assist with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Site Coordinator, Services Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of MEP services within large-scale construction projects (data centre or health experience desirable)
  • Experience managing documentation, QA processes, and technical checklists
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with project management software advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
